CRISPY CHOCOLATE COOKIES

This is my first post on the cake, Chocolate Cakes I made this New Year's Eve time, had recently posted now. Pastry dough recipe I use Good Time cookies, and modified by both my nephew, yup, I assisted on the shape and decorate the cake, hehe, make this cake while joking and laughing together-ketiwi nephew, becomes very memorable yes.

Ingredients :

  • 225 grams of refined sugar / Sugar Flour
  • 2 pieces of yolk
  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • Mini Baking powder ½ teaspoon
  • 200 grams of margarine
  • Baking soda ½ teaspoon mini
  • 200 grams Butter / Butter
  • 1.5 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 250-300 grams Dark Cooking Chocolate, Melt, cool
  • 100-200 grams of Cashew Nuts, roasted and mashed rough
  • 100-200 grams of Rice Krispy
  • Krispy Cha-Cha, for its content and for garnish
  • Choco Chips for garnish

  1. Mix and sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, set aside.
  2. Beat the margarine and butter / butter, put the white refined sugar and beat until fluffy.
  3. Enter the egg yolks, beat well, after average insert dark cooking chocolate is melted, whisk again until smooth.
  4. Turn off the mixer, put flour mixture and cocoa powder and stir well.
  5. Enter cashews and rice krispy, stir well.
  6. Round shape using your hands, flatten the dough and fill with 1 piece Krispy cha-cha (or to taste), rounded back.
  7. Tata in the baking dish and decorate with chocolate chips and cha-cha krispy.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven until done.
